Are You Up For A Challenge?

Let's do this together.  We can start October 1st!  You up for it?
Planks are so good for your core.  A strong core can help with so many things! Balance, posture, ease back pain and help you get a leaner middle.  Try it out.  If you need to modify it, put your knees down, but don't go into a table top. Don't bring your butt up. Keep your hips down.

Maybe by November you'll be able to plank without your knees on the floor!  Let me know if you take the challenge!
